1) Description:
Steel Sructure Building is a new type of building structure system, which is formed by the main steel framework made of H-section, Z-section, and C-section steel profiles; Roof and wall are using insulated sandwich panels and single steel sheet; Also others will be fitted with steel building, such as windows doors, downpope and overheaded crane, etc.
2) Characteristics:
1. Wide span: Single span or multiple spans
2. Fast construction and easy installation.
3. Long using life: Up to 50 years.
4. Others: Environmental protection, stable structure, earthquake proofing, water proofing, and energy saving.
Materials:
1. The main frame (columns and beams) is made of H section steel/steel truss.
2. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.
3. The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high-strength bolts.
4. The roof and wall purlin are made of C-section steel.
5. The wall and roof are made of single steel sheet or insulated steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by Self-tapping screws.
6. Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made as swing door, sliding door or roller door with PVC, aluminium-alloy, sandwich panel, PU or others.
